The Ultimate Oceanfront Penthouse - 'Hale No Ka Oi'
There's nothing else like it! Some will say it’s 'awesome', others have called it 'amazing', the Hawaiians would say 'no ka ‘oi' (the best).
Hale No Ka ’Oi is simply the best home away from home you will find on Molokai and perhaps anywhere in the Hawaiian Islands. This is a top floor suite with stunning views over the ocean to the island of Lanai. This is a heavenly, restful retreat for the mind and body. The ideal central location of this condo is convenient, allowing you to avoid those long 45 minute trips to the east or west ends of the island.
Just a short drive from the airport and only minutes into town. The perfect central location on Molokai if you want to enjoy the white sand beaches of the west end or the lush, rugged east end.
An oasis of luxury awaits you with the blending of rich, Brazilian cherry and gleaming marble floors. The bathroom is almost sinful with its oversized, dual head, marble and glass shower and double sinks. The cherry kitchen is exquisite with granite counter tops and premium stainless steel appliances and equipped to please even the most discriminating chef.

Aloha, I'm Chad Slayton, the owner of Hale No Ka Oi. (Molokai Shores 330). I manage the rentals for several properties in Hawaii, but this one is my personal part-time home.
Why they chose this property
Molokai is unlike anywhere else in Hawaii, and owning an ocean front 'piece' of it was a dream come true.
What makes this property unique
As you can see by the pictures, this unit went through an 'extreme' renovation, and there are no other condos like it in this resort. The view are incredible, and you'll be in one of the most upscale rental homes, the island has to offer.
