Great family trip

Our first trip to Kalbarri. The kids loved the pool and bunk beds. Stayed 6 nights. Great location on main strip of town, easy access to beach. Will definitely be back!

Good enough

We only stayed a couple of days but made good use of the pool and bbqs. Most things we needed we provided at the apartment, a good space for a short getaway for our family

Great family unit

Family friendly unit with lovely kitchen and outdoor courtyard. The washing facilities are great. Handy location within KBR to the pool and outdoor movie screen. I would recommend the bunk bed be replaced as the safety rail is ill fitting and the bed is very squeaky.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Bathroom could do with an update, tiles are worn, however still cleaned and comfortable stay. Aircon works and keeps apartment in good temperatures as needed. Extremely local, walking distance to IGA for groceries. Slightly further to walk if you want to head into town to have a meal etc, however it's not far by car. Fishing and crabbing is right at your doorstep on the Murchison and jetty.Pool and bbq areas are lovely however facilities could do with a few minor uplifts to bring it up a little. Given it's Kalbarri though it's a bonus with a huge pool for families with young and teen kids.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: the location of the unit was very disappointing as the front which faced towards the pool was in shade all day, to enable us to enjoy the sun we had to sit out the back facing the carpark and fence, as there were many vacant units with a little more thought when we booked we could have been allocated one with a better aspect. Also unit furniture a little tired and some items unnecessary. As we had booked earlier with previous agent and we have still not received the deposit this leaves a nasty taste .

The unit has all you need, everything is nice and clean, good quality and in perfect working order. It was fabulous to enjoy breathtaking National Park, go for a long walk, paddle etc and then return to the comfort of civilisation. The children really enjoyed the pool, it’s a bit old but perfectly fine. The barbecues at the pool are nice and clean. We wish we could come every year.

Really nice and convenient place in town

We really enjoyed our stay in Kalbarri. The apartments are very nice, clean and had all the necessities in kitchen and bathroom apart from some consumables like soap. The apartment is warm as will with a common backyard. Washing machine, iron, laundry soap, pillows blankets, was available in there. Very central, close to IGA and beach as well. Wifi is not available but they are getting NBN set up soon, We will surely stay here again.

A clean and tidy unit downstairs which is perfect to open the doors in the morning and let 6 year old put to play safely within the resort while we enjoyed our morning coffee (Gorges cafe is a 2 minute walk away and makes a sensational brew!!!) clean modern bed linen and comfy beds. Couches and table dated and slightly worn but ideal for a young family of 5. Massive shout out to the wonderful staff at Kalbarri Accommodation and owner who happily provided hairdryer and extra large saucepan to accommodate our needs at no fuss!! Thanks again we will be back! Shannon & Rob
