The first contact person at Ray White Kalbarri did a wonderful job of suggesting the four units in close proximity to each other. 4 of the units were very clean however Unit 106 is in need of a deep clean, lots of dust. The pool had black beetles swimming in it, which I am told is an indicator that the chlorine levels need adjusting. The barbecues were great - spotless. Overall a great stay.

This unit had everything we needed for a 6-night stay in Kalbarri. Convenient location within walking distance of shops, cafes and foreshore. Freshly painted and tidy. Check-in was easy and the property managers were very helpful and easy to communicate with. Good place for families with younger children to stay.

Good accommodation for a short stay. They should have signs up to make it mandatory that small children should wear a swim nappy in the pool, as the pool was closed for the day due to a baby pooping in it!

there was very strong smell of bleach came when we entered in property. Bathroom and Kitchen exhaust was not working. the microwave was sitting above fridge and can be accessed easily. the toilet water was leaking. there are lot more I can say that property. At the end I just want to say I didn’t enjoy my stay there.

What an awesome holiday we had in Kalbarri and at Kalbarri Beach Resort. Just across the road from the river, a short distance from all amenities and around the corner from the most spectacular beaches and places of interest. Kids loved the pool, and the BBQ area was great. We'll definitely be back.
