Great Place for Family Vaca in the White Mtns!

Great location, lots to do on the property, updated rooms, very clean, friendly staff. Will definitely stay there again.

We only stayed one night. Front desk manager was horribly rude and discriminatory. Front desk manager refused me service. spent 3 hours just trying to prove we had the right to be there. Once I had everything was straightened out from hours on the phone with VRBO and Diamond Resort Properties with no help from her I just didn’t want to stay. I felt so unwelcome I didn’t even want to go into the office to tell her I was checking out. I was refused service and told I didn’t have the right to be there but they still charged my card and won’t refund the visit.
