Situated in the lush green hills of St. Maarten in the exclusive area of Oyster Pond Estates is Villa Glacier Moreno truly a gem of a villa. The moment you enter the Villa, you will be mesmerized by the stunning panoramic sea view overlooking both Anguilla and St Barth and the cost line of St Martin with its beautiful beaches. Our lives back home can get hectic with work, school, hobbies, exercise and other activities. Therefore, the interior is designed in a minimal but comfortable way to create a calming effect.

The Villa is located in a neighborhood that offers 24 hour gated security for optimum privacy and safety. Prepare to be de-stressed and soak in the continuous influence of the sunlight and the sea in all living spaces. The Villa has 4 bedrooms and a large luxures living area of approx. 380 m2 / 4100 ft2 and has several large terraces (400 m2 / 4300 ft2) that offers both sun and shadow all day long. The house is situated in a way that you always have a tropical breeze coming thru cooling the house and terraces.

The villa features a spacious open living room with integrated state of the art kitchen with high end appliances, quartz countertops and sleek modern cabinetry and an open fireplace. It leads out to a magnificent outdoor terrace with a private infinity pool and a covered outdoor dining with seating for 12.

The master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom is equipped with both big bathtub, toilet and bidé, shower and a private outdoor shower. A smaller bedroom with a bunkbed is attached to the master bedroom for families with children where the parents want the children close but still being able to close a door in between. Both rooms have air conditioning.

Downstairs there is another covered outdoor terrace and two suites with sea view. Both suites feature separate entry, air conditioning and ensuite bathrooms with showers. The first suite offers a king size bed and the secound ensuite contains a king size bed and a sofa that folds out to a double bed. This makes this villa ideal for couples travelling together or larger family group that need their space and privacy!

In between the suites we have a gym with a treadmill, an exercise bike and free weights.
