Situated in the lush green hills of St. Maarten in the exclusive area of Oyster Pond Estates is Villa Glacier Moreno truly a gem of a villa. The moment you enter the Villa, you will be mesmerized by the stunning panoramic sea view overlooking both Anguilla and St Barth and the cost line of St Martin with its beautiful beaches. Our lives back home can get hectic with work, school, hobbies, exercise and other activities. Therefore, the interior is designed in a minimal but comfortable way to create a calming effect.

The Villa is located in a neighborhood that offers 24 hour gated security for optimum privacy and safety. Prepare to be de-stressed and soak in the continuous influence of the sunlight and the sea in all living spaces. The Villa has 4 bedrooms and a large luxures living area of approx. 380 m2 / 4100 ft2 and has several large terraces (400 m2 / 4300 ft2) that offers both sun and shadow all day long. The house is situated in a way that you always have a tropical breeze coming thru cooling the house and terraces.

The villa features a spacious open living room with integrated state of the art kitchen with high end appliances, quartz countertops and sleek modern cabinetry and an open fireplace. It leads out to a magnificent outdoor terrace with a private infinity pool and a covered outdoor dining with seating for 12.

The master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom is equipped with both big bathtub, toilet and bidé, shower and a private outdoor shower. A smaller bedroom with a bunkbed is attached to the master bedroom for families with children where the parents want the children close but still being able to close a door in between. Both rooms have air conditioning.

Downstairs there is another covered outdoor terrace and two suites with sea view. Both suites feature separate entry, air conditioning and ensuite bathrooms with showers. The first suite offers a king size bed and the secound ensuite contains a king size bed and a sofa that folds out to a double bed. This makes this villa ideal for couples travelling together or larger family group that need their space and privacy!

In between the suites we have a gym with a treadmill, an exercise bike and free weights.

Beautiful home very convenient to both OrientBay and Phillipsburg. Dove Beach was just below us and very convenient. Closest grocery is about 1 1/2 miles. The pool is lovely, clean and cold. We wished for a hot tub! Lol

Excellent villa with breathtaking views!

The villa is a premier property. It is located on the top of the hill and if majestic views of the island is something you want to experience - this is the place for you! Villa has unique floor plan that allowed our 2 families to be totally separated, yet be close to each other. Kitchen has everything you need to prepare a good meal and sitting outside is awesome....having a dinner or glass of wine while observing sunset....ahhh! Getting in the pool on a hot day was great! Early mornings and evenings - winds keep you comfortable. Villa is located right on the border of Dutch and French sides of the island...about 30 minutes from the airport even with traffic. New Super U supermarket was recently open about 15 minutes away (car ride) - very convenient! Because this villa is located on the top of the hill we sometimes experienced low water pressure in the showers (especially when all 3 showers were used simultaneously)...something to be expected. Like with every house on the island water is a precious resource so you just need to be prepared that it’s not your city apartment. LOL. Helene is an excellent host! Communicating with her was a pleasure and we had absolutely no problems during our stay. I visited island before so I had some idea where and what, but if you never visited St. Martin , Helene will provide you with a lot of useful information. One note to those who don’t like uphill driving.....getting to the villa may be a bit challenging the first time. I was totally fine, but just a note.....in exchange, you will be rewarded with the best views of the island and unforgettable memories....and you can also take excellent selfies LOL. Thank you Helene and Mikael!
