Excellent house in gated community, close to Porto Seguro international airport, quiet location, 24 hour security, 3 bedrooms with en suite and air conditioning and a mezzanine with bathroom and wall fan, complete leisure with swimming pool, sauna, 2 barbecue areas, Exit to the river, with marina and fishing area, sleeps up to 15 people, new furniture. Note: condo does not accept pets.

Ótima casa, muita nova, em perfeitas condições de uso. as descrições batem perfeitamente com as fotos. A localização é ótima, o condomínio é muito seguro e limpo com uma vista excelente para o rio. O proprietário Sr. Fabrício, uma pessoa muito educada. Fomos recebidos muito bem pelo Sr. Amarildo que nos deu toda atenção sempre que precisamos de algo. Ficamos muito satisfeito mesmo pela estadia. Obrigado!!!
