Apartment with see view
This is new equipped apartment in a quiet street. This building is made in 2010. It has a market on ground floor. My apartment is well situated on the west side of the building. It has a balcony with spectacular view. When you get out on your left you have all city and sea view, and on the right you can see grand mountain Biokovo. Walking to the main square where you can often watch concerts and other happenings will take you 5min max. To the nearest beach you have 10min walking tops. Private parking with remote control opening is include. That is it, you have to come and see for yourself. Best place you can find :)
I bought the place 2 years ago and wanted to earn some extra money for my two daughters, one granddaughter and grandson.
It is a quiet neighbourhood, with a great thing that it has a market on a ground floor of my building. It is very close to the centar of the city so you can park the car on private parking and walk for about 400m to the main square.
