Villa Palms/Villa Charm with Pool - Dual Property/Adjacent Rental

This rental combines the two vacation rental properties of Villa Palms and Villa Charm. These properties are adjacent mirrored image custom built southern style homes with beautiful big porches to sit on and a very large private beautiful pool with swim up bar. This combined rental is available for rent by family groups or responsible adults over the age of 25 years old.

These two homes and pool are three side by side properties in the quiet residential north end of Tybee Island. If you were looking for a way to bring 14 -20 people together on Tybee - this is a nice way to do it.

There are six master bedrooms with their own private en suite full bathrooms - all with walk in showers and their own private balconies in these two properties. One additional bedroom at each home are arranged as kids room with two - twin over full beds, that's 4 more beds in each home. There are two additional queen sleeper sofas - one in the living room and one in the upstairs dormer sitting area for a total of 9 beds to sleep in each of the homes.

The main attraction of these properties is Villa Palms private one of a kind 16 x 36’ large gunite swimming pool with in pool seating at the swim up bar. The pool has optional propane gas pool heater available that can heat this large pool up 1.5 deg F/hr. Guest pay for amount used, $500 Deposit if heat desired.

This is luxury that your children and family will definitely enjoy. The pool area is completely fenced with a private 6’ high fence and beautiful large travertine tile deck. 12 Sun loungers, 10 additional wicker chair seating and a picnic table with umbrella for lounging. The depth of the pool is 3’ on the shallow end to 8’ on the deep end and a 1’ deep tanning ledge. Enjoy sitting at one of the 4 pool side seats along the quartz bar top while you watch the 60” flat cable TV screen inside the bar area with a full size refrigerator there too.

The elevated main entry of each of these homes is an open floor plan of a large living area and a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Both homes are furnished extremely similar. The kitchen in both houses include double ovens, large refrigerator, cooking range, microwave and dishwasher. The living area includes a large 60” flat screen TV, 2 couches, 1 queen size sleeper sofa and chairs. The dining table in each home seats 8 and 4 additional seats at the kitchen island preparation area.

One of the master bedrooms at each home is at the back of the 2nd floor - includes a private bathroom including walk in shower and garden tub and private balcony. The main entry level (2nd floor) at each home also includes a laundry room with full size high efficiency washer/dryer and a half bath in the hallway.

The top floor (3rd floor) of each home includes the other two master bedrooms with private walk in showers and garden tubs and a fourth bedroom with a full bathroom across the hallway. This top floor of both homes includes a wet bar with flat screen TV and a queen sleeper couch. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs with cable. Each of the main entry floor and top floor have separate air conditioning units and programmable thermostats.

The back bedroom balcony at Villa Palms provides access to a spiral staircase to the roof top deck and offers partial views of the Savannah River channel and the Cockspur Lighthouse at Fort Pulaski from the roof top viewing deck.

Villa Palms has a ground floor 6-8 person hot tub at the back of the home in a screened porch, side yard access to the pool, enclosed outside tandem shower and fenced in back yard. The garage includes a sauna, refrigerator, freezer chest and plenty of room to park inside. There is additional room to park 2+ off street vehicles in the driveway and under the carport.

These homes are pet friendly. Beach access is just 700’ away. Pets are allowed at many places on Tybee Island, but are not allowed on the beach at any time all year.

Both homes have WIFI, gas grill, nice landscaping and plenty of porch space to sit back and relax.

While we do want you to have fun and enjoy the properties - No parties and No events are maintained House rules. This quiet community does have nice and friendly full time residences in the neighborhood. The city ordinance quiet time of 10PM-7AM is expected to be honored - please respect our neighbors rights too.
