everything. Clean and nicely furnished. Come make this unit the place you will

want to spend every vacation! Lots of things to do on the island, shopping,

fishing, swimming, surfing, Sea Turtle Inc, South Padre Island Birding Nature

Located directly across from the boardwalk to the beach, this condo was a great location for the family. Spacious, clean, and a great value!

Great Location and Spacious

Very short walk to beach. No disturbing noise from other guests. On 2nd floor so had to carry luggage up a flight of stairs but I knew this when booking. No light on stairwell so it was very dark, reported that on my checkout. A/C works very good almost too cold sometimes. There were 4 of us so plenty of room. Had a great time!

The communication was next level. Any question I had was answered happily and fully prior to arrival. Check in was informative and quick. And the unit we stayed in was perfect. If the location to the beach access point (literally across the street) wasn’t enough to entice you then the space and amenities should be enough to seal the deal for you on this place. The pool was great the hot tub was perfect after a night walk on the beach. The unit itself was clean and pristine. The balcony was beyond spacious. And the living room was so cozy and comfy. The dining table was huge and was perfect for meals with friends and family. And if all of that wasn’t enough to make this slice of paradise a five star all around, then this may—there is a cat that lives on the premise of the condos. We named her Marie Condo and she was always a welcomed treat to greet you after a long exciting day on the beach. She will be usually around the stairs or grooming herself on the outside hallway. She is the sweetest kitty you’ll ever meet. We jokingly referred to her as the property manager as she was always observing what everyone was doing. Definitely give her a pet from our group. We greatly miss her and will be staying at this location on our next SPI trip specifically to see her again. This was my first ever VRBO (or similar service) and it was such a seamless process and incredible stay that I can’t wait to book our next trip. Definitely do yourself a favor and book this location for your SPI trip. Location, management, unit, cat, everything—5 stars.
