Falta de preparo e estrutura para receber hóspedes

Estivemos recentemente hospedados nesta propriedade e infelizmente nossa experiência não foi positiva.Ao chegarmos, percebemos que o imóvel ainda estava em reforma, o que não havia sido informado previamente. As fotos no anúncio não condizem com o estado atual do local. Por exemplo, alguns quartos não possuíam portas e improvisaram com tecido TNT após nossa reclamação. Parte das janelas não tinha vidro, o que acabou permitindo a entrada de animais durante a noite.Além disso, faltavam utensílios básicos na cozinha — como panelas, talheres, copos — e não havia travesseiros disponíveis.Alguns equipamentos de lazer estavam danificados ou incompletos, como os tacos de sinuca (apenas um estava em boas condições) e o pebolim, que tinha jogadores quebrados. Em determinados momentos, funcionários entraram na casa para operar equipamentos como a bomba de água conforme combinado, e em uma das vezes desligaram as luzes decorativas mesmo com hóspedes no local afirmando que não era o horário para sua utilização .
