All new modern 3 bedroom 2.5 bath townhome 3 blocks off Crystal Beach. Granite counters, stainless appliances. Beautiful modern designer furniture and bedding. Kids room with bunk beds and projector plus 50" flat panels in other bedrooms and living space. A private resort-style pool. Porch swing on deck overlooking pool. Dodge the traffic and walk to the beach, nearby restaurants, Starbucks, cinema, bowling, mall and groceries. Washer/dryer.

Great place to stay

We loved this townhome and it was nice to make it our own home for a few days. The kids loved the bunk bed room and we all enjoyed the porch swing. Walking to the beach was a little far with young children (most beaches were private) so we ended up driving to a public beach and it was a great area. Ainslie was very responsive to any questions we had. Great host, great property, great location!

Sunny porch gets afternoon sun

Great location near the beach and walking distance to many great restaurants. Nice pool area and quiet. We enjoyed our time

I travel to Destin 2-3 a year with my family. This was my first time staying off resort/hotel grounds. The property was perfect, clean and in the middle of everything! The host so graciously allowed us a late check out and was very responsive with messaging. I would give this property 1,000 stars

Girls trip

Loved it...beautiful area...clean....looking forward to another stay but really expensive for just 2 nights...too early for check out...not considered a 3 day because have to check out too early
