Charming but noisy

Place was beautiful and clean - very nice location. I do however recommend for younger folks who plan on enjoying Montreal nightclubs - as there was one right beneath us and very noisy

Not as advertised

No TV or Wi-Fi for entire stay. The host was notified multiple times. Lack of Wi-Fi affected our ability to find and book activists and restaurants. There was a club next door to the VRBO which was not disclosed in the write up of the location. The music penetrated the walls and vibrated the floors . We were unable to get to sleep until the club closed at 3 am. Although the interior of the VRBO was pleasant, the previous cited detractions did not result in an overall pleasant stay

Loved it!

This property was fantastic! The location is second to none…everything within small walking distance. Amazing restaurants and so much to do! Nice big king bed was soooo comfy. Lovely room. Was worried when we didn’t hear about check-in information prior to our trip, but it was emailed to us at check-in time on the day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great location, but…

If only rated on the location it would get all the stars. Great location, close to lots of restaurants, shops and historical sights! However, it needs some attention to detail for cleaning and room amenities- there was only 1 wine glass, the outlet for the coffee could not be reset and 2 out of 3 outlets didn’t work, the sink is loose and needs to be tightened down, the chair had some wax or other residue on it, the corner of the shower has mold, and it would be nice to have extra towels. All of these things can be fixed with a little maintenance. The atmosphere, stone wall and decor are wonderful. There is a nightclub that is close enough (or possibly attached to the building) so that you can hear the music and bass until it closes at 3am.
