I love this apartment and the location it is close to stores food KFC and a short ride to the beach. The host Mark was very nice he always checked in with me to make sure I was ok and everything was going ok I will going back in May and hopefully I can book again with Mark lovely and spacious 2BR 2 1/2 BA AC in every room I love the place

Relaxing and Comfortable

The apartment was clean with modern amenities. Very safe and comfortable gated community. It felt like a hone away from home. Location was perfect, close to malls and shopping centers, only minutes away from kingston Via the Toll road. Mark, our host was very responsive and readily available. Overall Great stay!

Great stay at Phil's Hideaway

My friend and I traveled to Jamaica for the first time, and chose to stay somewhere other than a hotel. The main item that attracted me was the security gate and the modern appeal of the apartment. The booking process via Homeaway went smoothly. We were able to pay for the whole trip up front in US funds with a nominal fee via my bank for the international payment (less than $20). The pricing for eight days was less expensive than it would have been staying at a hotel. Mark was great-very friendly and professional. He was always available to answer my questions. He met us at the apartment to check us in, and the apartment was exactly as advertised. Each room has an A/C unit that works very well, as well as fans. We felt safe because the building had a gate and the apartment had an alarm system. It is enough room for four to stay comfortably. The neighborhood is peaceful, and the neighbors are friendly. The area is close to tourist attractions and beaches. I enjoyed my stay and will stay again the next time I travel to Jamaica.
