Fully remodeled, Private Pool Home Sleeps 12 (up to 20) 4 King Bedrooms/3 Full Baths Sleeps 12. (OPTIONAL Bunk Room Sleeps 8 extra - ADD $50 NIGHT+ $50 CLEANING) with 3 Kings/1 Queen, Huge Couch & 55" TV. Open floor plan, several gathering areas, brand new fully stocked kitchen, Bonus game room, sits on 1.2 acres. 5 min to Dwntn Melbourne, 4 Miles to Beach, Quick 19 miles/26 minutes to USSSA Sports Complex in Viera. Excellent home for large groups/families. Pool may be heated for addtl $25/day

Perfect family/group home participating in USSSA Sports Complex tournaments. Short 19 miles/26 minute drive to Viera.

Includes The Following
Basics: Dishes, pots and pans, bakeware, flatware, utensils, glasses, coffee pot, All bedding, linens, pillows and towels.

Fun Items: Beach/Pool towels, beach umbrella, chairs, cooler, propane grill with propane provided.

Not "Fun" Items: Toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, some cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, kitchen soaps, shampoo/conditioner.

Heated Pool: May be heated for additional $25 per day.

Open Floor Plan: Completely remodeled kitchen with peninsula and bar stools adjoins the Dining Room and 3 Separate Living Areas within one large area.

"Sanity" Floor Plan: 2 King Bedrooms and 1 Full Bath occupy one side of the house, on the other end of the living room has 2 additional King Bedrooms and 2 Full Baths (one attached to a bedroom, one is hall bath).

Full size washer and dryer, iron, ironing board, blow dryer.

Kitchen: Stainless steel electric range, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker and dishwasher.

NOT PROVIDED: Food or pantry items of any kind, toiletries, personal items.

Note: All paper products, trash bags and cleaning supplies are provided but not unlimited. If your group uses more than the standard amount, you will need to purchase separately.

Entire house and contents including all cabinets and closets plus full use of the grounds is available to our guests. Plenty of Parking

Excluded: Garage and 2 small closets

Perfect space!

We had about 18 people sleep comfortably with plenty of space inside and out to hangout. Pool was beautiful and the back yard was where we spent the bulk of our time. Great location with quick access to downtown Melbourne and beach side restaurants. Would totally book again!

Enjoyed our stay very much! Owners were very accommodating and super responsive to our changing needs! Beds were super comfortable and linens were plush and clean. I think they're still in the process of updating the exterior but inside was lovely. Would recommend for large groups.

We were unsure of the property when driving by. The tree outside made it look run down. But once onsite it was awesome. Everyone commented about how perfect it was for our group. People could play cards at the table and others had room to sit and visit without disturbing them. The pool was clean and welcoming. The bunk house was attached to the house which we were not aware of. We were so happy not to have to walk outside to use the restroom. My only regret was there were not more poolside chairs or table. We would happily stay again!!!

We stayed for our daughter's softball tournament. Property was just as described. Plenty of space for 4 adults and 5 kids to run around and sleep. The bunk area was great for the kids to hang out. Easy access to Space Coast Complex and the beach. Would recommend if you have a large group.

Kitchen accessories and poolside chairs and tables wholly inadequate for the size of the house

Picture shows 8 chairs around the pool. When we arrived there was a total of 5 chairs and 3 were already broken or cracked. The poolside furniture was the cheap stuff and the picnic tables were in terrible conditioning. For the price, the owners should invest some money in the poolside furniture. Everything done on the cheap.

Great house for multiple families

This is a great space for multiple families. The house has 2 bedrooms on each side, and the bunk room for an extra $50 a night, make numerous spaces for sleeping. Our kids enjoyed being in the bunk room with their cousins. The ping pong table and basketball game on the basement is lots of fun. The heated pool is great. There are fun pool floats and the pool has a light that changes colors. It was really neat in the evening. The kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need to make meals--hand mixers, cookie sheets, Tupperware, etc. lots of seating in the living room. We'd stay here again in a heart beat!

Awesome Property

Our softball team stayed at this property. We absolutely LOVED it. The beds are super comfortable. the house is very spacious and clean. We had a great time hanging in the pool. I highly recommend this property to anyone with a large group. there is plenty of room for everyone. We will definitely stay again when we have another big tourny. Great communication with property owner.
