Very nice, but food is expensive

Beautiful property, but be prepared to pay for everything outside of the room(s), including water, food, all beverages. Shuttle service was excellent and quick. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Family Time

We were not expecting to be bombarded with investment opportunities the minute we arrived to check in ….very tired from a 5 hour delay. I rented a VRBO so was looking forward to a room with an ocean view as it showed in the picture posted and we got a view of another hotel and palm trees. We changed rooms after a few days which took time from our holidays. We were also unable to participate at any other hotels amenities because we did not go to the seminar, so couldn’t join the grandchildren at the lazy river. We came to enjoy our family and are NOT interested in any further investment opportunities in our late 70’s. Had we known what this was we would never have booked there. Also, we had to pay 10-12 US dollars to get off the property to visit our family who we’re staying in the condos adjacent to our property as we were NOT allowed to walk on the roads…how stupid. Most certainly would not go there again nor would we recommend it to any of our friends who travel a lot!!! It You have a nice place there but not worth the hassle.

Hospedagem de alto padrão/custo beneficio

Adoramos o hotel, infraestrutura, ótimo para crianças, família e casais. Tudo muito próximo, com excelentes piscinas e área comum do hotel. Recomendo Atendimento nota 10 do Sr. Luiz.
