Super tranquila e organizada. Imóvel bem localizado, perto de tudo. Funcionários da portaria educados e simpáticos. Administrador aberto à sugestões e interessado em melhorar cada vez mais, inclusive nos disse que alguns itens estavam sendo substituídos, como sofá por sofá-cama ( mais conforto para os hóspedes extras), cortina da sala e louça. Adorei contar com alguns itens de dispensa disponibilizados( açúcar, sal, filtro de café...)que facilitou bastante nosso café da manhã.

Apartamento muito aconchegante, atende em torno de 4 pessoas. Muito limpo, e tinha todos os utensílios necessários para quem Quer viajar e ainda assim se sentir em casa. Além de contar com garagem. Ótima localização, próximo a supermercados e a uns 3 a 4 minutos de carro e a pé uns 12 minutos da Orla de Maceió para acesso as praias.
