A fully equipped kitchen with basic supplies supplied free of charge. A kitchen island for breakfast or snacking. New washer and dryer provided. Gated access to a private beach, tennis courts, volleyball and day launch facility for boats.

Valley Suds 'n Stays Cleaning Company Radium BC: Our staff is supplied with virus-killing disinfectant for high-touch areas, such as counters, appliances, taps, handles, tables, chairs, railings, remotes, backs of chairs, and light switches. During this time, we have also provided our staff with single-use gloves to be discarded after each cleaning, followed by handwashing with soap and water. Rags, mop heads, and sponges are used at a single property before being washed and sanitized. Linens are washed at high temperatures, and the unit is aired out while the cleaner is working. Any staff displaying Covid-19 symptoms are required to stay home and cannot return to work until they have been tested and the results are negative.

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure
One-time fee of 250.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.

Parking is free.
Waterfront and/or Beach

Property is near water.
Lake Windermere is a 5 minute drive/taxi from the property. The coarse sand beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. There is a private boat launch ramp.

Snow Skiing and Boarding

Ski/Board Out is a 20 minute drive to the ski resort parking lot. Ski/Board In is a 20 minute drive from the resort parking lot.
This reservation has a Super Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 14 day prior to the check in date.
VRBO relaxed cancellation policy a 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 14 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 7 to 13 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 7 days prior to check-in.
