Entry & Access Details
There are four exterior steps with handrails leading to the central hallway entrance. Inside, two short stair sections (six steps each, carpeted, not steep) lead to the condo. The hallway and stairs are 36” wide, well-lit, and recently remodeled.

This condo is the entire upper floor of the building in the picture. There are NO shared spaces with any other occupants. Additionally, once you enter the condominium you there are no steps to climb up. The entire 2nd floor is on one floor with no additional steps.
Central Hallway and Steps:
There are 4 steps with railings on both sides (see picture of the front of the building) before the entrance door to the central hallway. The first floor has 2 units and the second floor has 1 unit. In order to get to the condo on the 2nd floor there are 2 small sections of steps (both sections have 6 steps (handrail on one side and the wall on the other) (see picture). The hallway entrance is 36` wide and also the steps themselves are 36` wide. (standard size for steps). The steps are NOT steep and are carpeted. The central hallway is well lit and has been recently remodeled.
This condo is also very kid, infant friendly. It has door locks located on the upper portion of the doors in order to keep kids in/ out of certain areas. There is also a high chair, pack and play, baby tub, plug covers, board games and quite a bit more. Feel free to ask any questions.

Street parking is available in a very safe area with no permits required. You may also use the driveway spaces in front of the building when available; these spaces are not assigned.
