🚗 Parking: Street parking is available in a very safe area with no permits required. You may also use the driveway spaces in front of the building when available; these spaces are not assigned.
🔑 Check-In: On the day of check-in, you’ll receive a unique keypad code for entry. The entire condo will be yours to enjoy for the duration of your stay.
Other things to note Privacy & Layout
There are no shared spaces inside the condo. The only potential interaction with other tenants is in the central hallway (see photos). With just three total units in the building—and this condo occupying the entire top floor—it’s unlikely you’ll encounter anyone. All kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas are completely private. Once inside the condo, there are no additional steps.
Please note: this is the entire second-floor unit and not located on the main level.
Pet-Friendly
This is a pet-friendly home. A one-time $50 pet cleaning fee applies. Water and food bowls are provided—we love hosting pets! Please be considerate and clean up after them, especially prior to checkout.
If you plan to bring pets, please submit the cleaning fee through Airbnb’s Resolution Center after booking, as this is currently the only available payment method.

You can park 3-4 cars at this property easily. If you plan on having 10 or more people at this house for a party DO NOT book this home. DO NOT Park in the GRASS or the neighbors driveways. DO NOT PARK IN THE REAR OF THE CONDO`S, THEY WILL TOW YOU!

This place is fantastic. Great location, excellent upgrades inside, plenty of space, responsive host, comfy beds. I highly recommend for a Louisville stay.
So many luxury appointments, including a wine fridge, towel warmer, and multi head marble walk-in shower. Very clean, with tasteful decor. Host was quickly responsive to a couple of minor issues.
The location, amenities and overall space were good. Small issues included the bedroom off the kitchen was uncomfortably colder than the rest of the space andno soap in the showers. More significantly, it was advertised as 2.5 bathrooms. We expected 3 toilets for the 3 of us but the half was a shower.
Very beautiful and pleasant home. Host was very polite and attentive to our needs throughout our whole stay and was even curtiese enough to drop off household items and essentials for us personally! Would highly recommend staying here.
I stayed for 4 days with my family and was amazed at the cleanliness, attention to detail, and prompt communication from the owner. The property was spacious and is near a ton of shops. I would definitely stay here again when we visit!
We had an enjoyable stay in St Matthews! Very cool area, lots to see, do and eat. It was a great location for quick access to fun places in Louisville. It was nice having a clean and cozy place to stay during our trip.
