Condo offers king bed, sofa sleeper a full size kitchenette. This condo is privately owned and located on the 4th floor of the Daytona Beach Resort and Conference Center.

It is conveniently located approximately one hour and half drive to the theme parks, Disney World, Animal Kingdom, Sea World, Universal Studios. Also it is one hour drive to St. Augustine or Kennedy Space Center. Across the street you have a Shopping Plaza with grocery stores, restaurants, pharmacy and department stores.

On the day of arrival prior to 3PM, you will receive the check-in information containing all the instructions necessary for your stay with the code to the keypad that is on the door.

The Daytona Beach Resort is undergoing restoration to the seawall.

*Open Amenities: North Pool (Heated), Indoor Pool (unheated), South Spa (unheated), Fitness Room, Sauna, Beach Access.

*Closed Amenities: Tiki Bar, Restaurant, Parking Garage, South Pool, North Spa, Kiddie Pool.

*Parking Free - One parking pass is provided where it will be found inside the Room.
Parking in front of the building or next door of the Resort. Upon departure parking pass would need to left inside the room.

*There is beach access still available right next door.

As a private owner in the resort, you may require assistance during your stay. Please rest assured that you can contact me and more than willing to help you with any issues or concerns you may have. The Daytona Beach Resort and Conference Center will be going through renovations/restoration to the seawall. Please contact Owner for Updates during the process to get the Resort back, Your patience is appreciated.

Perfect for a couples getaway

This property was even more cute in person: clean, charming decor, and just the perfect amount of space. We loved it and when we come back to Daytona, we will definitely rent again. It’s within walking distance (across the street) of a Publix and a Walgreens) and just a small detour around a pool for beach access because of the fall hurricanes. Such a fun time!!!

Glorious March

Back again for an 80th birthday celebration. As ever Lynchets was the perfect backdrop for our visit. Checkin was super smooth and the house provided plenty of comfort, space and amenities for everyone in the family from teens to the birthday girl herself. Thanks again!

Hurricane Nicole impact still felt

Due to the hurricane, the pools and parking garage are closed. We parked across the street at the Walgreen. The room is a clean efficiency, on the fourth floor facing the beach. A bit like an old drive in motel room, but in decent shape. Comfortable king bed. I estimate this to be a 30-40 year old facility. Expensive for value received.

Unfortunately the pools are closed from damages from the hurricanes, this is listed online and Guests are made aware. Due to the damages yes the building outside looks very old. Hope that things will be fixed soon. Parking garage is closed and parking is available in front of the building or next door south side parking lot. Also Guests are made aware. The Unit is all re-modelled. Sorry for the inconvenience due to the Hurricanes.

Really?!

Hey! We had a nice time inspite of the things i will say. However FYI… It says it provides beach towels and they do BUT she sends you a message and says “ Don’t lay them on the sand because they are hard to wash.” It says it provides beach chairs BUT they are not what I call beach chairs; they are worn and the kind that you can only sit straight up in… like camping chairs. Then, There is a sticker on the mirror that says “ Help the environment… by cleaning the shower…” haha. Haha Last, it IS located RIGHT ON THE BEACH but you are NOT just staps from the beach. Because it has hurricane damage you have to walk past the parking garage next door and down the side to reach the beach.

Michael I'm glad you had a nice time. I do have some of my instructions: Beach towels are provided and please do got them sandy. This is because the washers will break and many laundry services will not wash them. I also have two beach mats that are provided that could have been used to lay on the sand. Two beach chairs are provided but everyone has an opinion on what type of beach chairs you like. I know the beach also rents them for a fee. My note said to wipe the shower, not to clean the shower. My listing explains about the Hurricane damages that you would need to walk next door of the Resort. Everything was in the listing and also you received all my details and information about the damages from Hurricanes from 2022. Thank you

Perfect getaway!
