Daytona Beach Oceanfront 4 Fl Great Rates with Spectacular Views of the beach
Come and enjoy and relax in this unit, located on the 4th floor overlooking the beach/ocean. Privately Owned and located at the Daytona Beach Resort, which is located the north side of Daytona in the quieter section, near Ormond.
*Current Update:
Daytona Beach Resort had damages from Hurricanes Ian and Nicole in Sept and Nov 2022. Pools, pool deck, jacuzzi, fitness room, sauna are closed until further notice.
Tiki Bar and Restaurant are closed.
We expect repairs and construction during 2025.
Parking garage is closed. One Parking pass is found inside the room to be placed in your vehicle. Upon departure you would need to leave it inside the room to avoid a $60.00 fee. Limited parking is available in front of the building. Parking is available across the street behind Bellaire Plaza, off Plaza Blvd.
Beach access is still available via the public access area adjacent to the resort. To go to the Beach you would need to exit front lobby, and walk (by garage) to the side of the building.
One Parking pass is found inside the room to be placed in your vehicle. Upon departure you would need to leave it inside the room.
Also please follow the parking map posted in the lobby.
Parking is available next door of Resort south lot.
Two beach chairs, umbrella, mats, two beach chairs are provided.

It is conveniently located approximately one hour and half drive to the theme parks, Disney World, Animal Kingdom, Sea World, Universal Studios. Also it is one hour drive to St. Augustine or Kennedy Space Center. Across the street you have a Shopping Plaza with grocery stores, restaurants, pharmacy and department stores.

We welcome you to come to our Condo in Daytona Beach.
Last minute rentals are accepted. You will have a clean, comfortable room but we cannot guarantee amenities or parking at the Resort.
Rates for Special Events, Holidays are higher. Rates are subject to change until confirmed.
