It was the perfect location, well equipped and great for our family. We couldn’t work out how to use the oven (but could have just been us) and so gave up on it. It could do with a bit of a deep clean with some dust build up but otherwise it was clean and comfortable.
Great location that’s a short walk to shops and the beach.
Plenty of room for all of us.
Only downside is that there is only 1 aircon in the lounge and the bedroom furthest from the AC has no ceiling fan. Could use a pedestal fan.
Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.
Enough room for the entire family, super welcoming and right in the middle of everything. We will definitely book again 😊

The information I was sent I am email told me if I wasn’t checking in before 5 my keys would be left in a lock box. As I knew I would not be arriving until about 8. I then received a call from the agent about 5.15 asking where I was and that I should have rung them to tell them that I wasn’t going to come in before 5. When I did pick up the keys that’s all that was in the envelope. No instructions into how to get into the locked garage and how to enter the apartment building.
The property itself wasn’t that clean a fair bit of mould in the bathrooms and the 2 back bedrooms absolutely stunk from the bins in the car park below.
Would not stay there again at all.
Cleaning between rentals appalling....if I were the owner I'd be disgusted
Upon entering our appt we were confronted with the most ghastly example of cleaning. The build up of dust on some surfaces took 3 goes to remove. Fan blades in bedrooms covered in thick filthy dust. Also massive dust build up on bedheads and behind beds around power points. Coffee table, dining table and lounge had sand all over. The most disgusting rooms were the bathrooms. The outside of the toilet bowls and side walls next to the loos had months of urine dribbles and splashes built up. The area behind the toilets have NEVER been cleaned. Mould build up around taps and shower screens had dirty streaks all over. The kitchen was no better. Its had had a general wipe over, but the top of the fridge and microwave have NEVER been cleaned, the toaster should be binned rusted, old and dirty. There were random lollie wrappers, tissues and a child's toy under the beds and lounge, so, obviously never been vacuumed ...BUT the cake taker were the toenail clippings embedded into the carpet. The vacuum was barely usable as it was sooo old and FULL to brim...revolting. Onto the balcony, were the putrid continued with months or years of greasy BBQ use on the tiles. I tried to take BBQ cover off and about a dozen cockroaches crawled out. The BBQ itself was disgraceful. The 2 of us spent 2 hours cleaning using hospital grade wipes as we arrived on a Sunday. I've rented in this town for many years in various accommodations. Cleaning has always been a bit ordinary....but this was next level lazy cleaning. I think after each vacate there should be some sort of inspection. Obviously cleaners are just doing the barest of bare minimum....because they can.

Well serviced apartment. Close to everything. Really enjoyed our week away. Only one negative was no wifi
We had a great stay thank you so much.
Only thing i would suggest is to change the outdoor setting on the verandah as we got rust stains on our clothes, towels etc and also maybe try to put a small split system in the other end of the unit as it got quite hot on some of the humid days and the air conditioner that is already there just couldn't get up that end of the apartment.
Otherwise we had a great time and the place was tidy and very spacious. It was clean and well looked after.

Spacious Apartment in Great Location
Great location with all necessary services within walking distance including chemist, bakery, Chinese food, bottlo, pub, cinema, ice cream and cafes. Close to beach and surf club. Worked very well for our family of 6. Overall clean, but just a bit dusty. Lounges haven't been moved for a good vacuum for some time. TV in master didn't work, but that was the only minor inconvenience.
