A quaint village home located in walking distance to shopping and dining in the village of Clifton Springs. The house is located 2 houses away from another property 3 Silver St, therefore we could accommodate a larger group of people that travel together. Clifton Springs is located in the Finger Lakes region of NY. Located between Canandaigua, Geneva, Newark and Palmyra.

Why they chose this property
We purchased this property in 2019 when our daughtered became engaged and wanted the wedding at our home. Clifton Springs is a beautiful little village, but unfortunately does not have any hotels or short term rental property. So we bought "Little Yellow" to house some of our guests. The home needed some work,. The updates include a new kitchen (which I love), mostly new bathroom, freshly painted with new floors, and all new furnishings. Its a welcoming place, which we call the "Hide Away". The wedding is in August of this year. Hopefully it will go well.
What makes this property unique
The home is a one story home with all the conveniences. The back deck overlooks a large yard. Very private, but in our quaint little village.
