25 Tallawang Avenue, is proudly managed by Batemans Bay Accommodation. Situated in one of Malua Bay's most prime positions is this absolute beachfront home, this is a two story home, there are 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 downstairs with no internal access. You have plenty of room for the teenagers and adults alike. Relax and unwind on the wrap around deck where you can smell the crisp clean sea air. Please note this property has no internal stairs. This home is location, location, location. When you arrive park in the 2-3 parking bays out the front walk up the steps and let yourselves in and once you open the curtains you will see what awaits you, your holiday home on the beach. Upstairs you have an open plan living kitchen area walk out to the large balcony, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Downstairs are two bedrooms a kitchenette, living area another balcony that is more protected from direct sun and another bathroom. Downstairs is only accessible from the outside.

Bedrooms: Linen is included. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms one with a queen bed and the other finished with a Queen bed and single bunk beds. All upstairs rooms have pedestal fans. Downstairs has another 2 bedrooms one with a queen bed and the other with bunk beds, ceiling fans all provided.

Bathrooms/Laundry: The upstairs bathroom has a shower, toilet and a stand-alone bath to be relaxed in and enjoyed for some downtime. The downstairs bathroom has a shower toilet with a separate laundry that provides a top load washing machine.

Outside: On the exterior you have the option of two outdoor areas to sit down and enjoy the beautiful beach outlook. Upstairs balcony and a more protected downstairs balcony. There is an outdoor shower to rinse off after swimming. A BBQ is available if required.

Pets: Unfortunately pets are not permitted at this property.

Great location

Perfect spot, quiet & easy stroll onto the beach. House in ok condition, living areas a little cramped for the number of beds but able to be dealt with. A couple of issues with bbq, appliances and crockery/utensils but a very swift and perfect response from the property manager to resolve. Beds ok, but not great. All in all happy with the stay and would happily stay there again.

Great spot

The property is in a great location – a short walk to a patrolled beach and shops. It's spaces accommodated our group of 7 extended family over Christmas well. Generally comfortably fitted out. A plus for the good quality cotton sheets and light blankets on the beds. Some aspects of amenity could be better (more serving dishes) and could have been greater care in presentation (5 dishwasher tablets provided for a stay of 7 nights). Basically good experience.

Location, location, location.......

Overall a great holiday house, with 2 very distinct areas enabling older kids to 'do their own thing'. Photography makes it look bigger than it is, but still a good property. Access to the beach is a plus, and the small town has all you need. Close to lots of other towns, and Bateman's Bay is an easy commute.
