About this property

Our sunny holiday house with terrace is comfortably furnished.
For questions about the equipment etc. you can also contact us under 0178 97 31051.

The ground floor is the living / dining room, the separate kitchen and a guest toilet (with window), which is equipped with washing machine. Furthermore, upstairs there are 2 bedrooms (one room with double bed and cot, the other 2 single beds), a bathroom with shower and sep. Tub (with window). The 3. Bedroom is in the attic (queen bed, open sleeping gallery).

The two bedrooms on the first floor can be completely darkened.

The kitchen has electric stove with oven, extractor fan, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, etc. The living / dining room is equipped with a leather couch. A dining area and a highchair are at your disposal.

Our guests have free Wi-Fi access (password protected, prerequisite for use: signed by the tenant user agreement!).

The garden has a terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue.

Bed linen and towels and tea towels are to be brought. But can also be rented for a fee:

From now on we also offer bed linen and towels for a total of 15, - € per person for rent per stay. This includes bed linen, fitted sheets, two towels and a bath towel. As well as 2 tea towels per booking. Also baby bedding is available.

The price is for up to 4 people. 5th Person 5, € per night in addition.

There is a parking space available for your car at the house. The possibility to bring a dog is only by arrangement and not in high season.

Please note that during the holiday periods we are only available from Sat-Sat. rent.

Vielen Dank, alles war super. Für Hundebesitzer: Der Weg in die erste Etage führt über eine offene Treppe, die aber mit Stufenmatten versehen ist. Unser Hund war anfangs skeptisch, dass er durch die Stufen "hindurchsehen" konnte, hat aber mit Hilfe den Mut gefunden und konnte die Treppe nach einer Woche Übung selbstständig bewältigen.

Nettes kleines Häuschen

Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Lage der Immobilie ist gut, allerdings muss man sich auf etwas weitere Fußwege einstellen. Der Wohnraum ist geräumig. Insbesondere die Küche hätte unserer Ansicht nach aber etwas sauberer sein müssen, das Kochfeld, der Dunstabzug und der Kühlschrank (dort wo man ihn zum öffnen anfasst waren doch Recht klebrig. Hier kann man noch nachbessern.

Sehr genütliches Wohnen

Das Haus ist größer als es auf den Bildern scheint und sehr einladend. Direkt eine Straße weiter ein Spielplatz wo die Kids auch mal alleine hin können. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir werden wieder kommen.

Wir hatteneinen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in einem Top ausgestatteten Haus! Was uns doch sehr positiv überrascht hat waren die exclusiven Geräte im Haus! Neue Waschmaschine, großer Fernseher, Internetradio von Teufel, und vieles mehr! Wir werden dieses Haus bestimmt wieder buchen, wen wir dürfen!!!

Unser Aufenthalt war super… das Haus war sehr gut Ausgestattet. Wir waren mit 3 Erwachsenen und zwei Hunden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Hundestrand ist ca. 3 km entfernt, ebenso wie der Badestrand. Wir hatten zu einer super Unterkunft auch noch erstklassiges Wetter. Gerne wieder! Alles Top!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Hooksiel. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene, ein Kind und ein Hund. Das Haus war wie beschrieben. Die Betten bequem, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, Terrassenbereich schön angelegt. Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr unkompliziert und sehr nett! Schönes Ferienhaus mit Charme

Wir haben uns als Familie mit drei Kindern sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus hat seinen eigenen Charme und ist schön eingerichtet. Es ist alles da was man braucht Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Toast, usw. Uns haben nur Schöpflöffel und eine Grillzange gefehlt. Der Sandstrand ist mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. In der Nähe gibt es einen Edeka und der Ort ist sehr schön. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Urlaub in Hooksiel

Kleines solides Häuschen mit allem was man braucht.Ruhige Lage und alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar (ausser man hat Fußprobleme). Es war alles so wie im Angebot beschrieben. Wenn wir nochmals nach Hooksiel fahren werde ich versuchen das Haus zu bekommen. Kann es nur empfehlen. Gerne wieder.
