High speed internet, washing machine, smart TV, 2 door refrigerator, inverter system, smoke hood, electric stove, rice cooker, thermos, toaster, water heater, safe, iron, reading lamp, plug, microwave.
Before check-in, the customer must deposit a security deposit with the actual passport or $ 400 cash or the amount of cash that is equal.
Electricity charge 5 baht per unit
Water charge 36.5 baht per unit
If you want to rent longer than 10 days, please contact as a special case.
