Enjoy a memorable stay in the renovated Ballroom of former mayor Bleecker Banks, the location of many gala soirees in the 19th Century. It is located only two blocks to State Capitol and Office Buildings, Convention Center, Washington Park, dozens of restaurants, and less than 2 miles to the Hudson River, Medical Center, SUNY, College of St. Rose and more.
This recently furnished apartment is only used occasionally by a traveling executive and features 12 foot ceilings, ornate but cozy fireplace, king bed, fully equipped kitchen, desk with wifi printer, smart TV, and more. Coin operated laundry is available in the basement. Parking is available in a lot a few blocks away with advance notice and an additional fee.

I enjoy restoring historic properties, updating them with modern conveniences while respecting the original features and qualities as I have in this building and a number of others in Albany and elsewhere. I owned a 10 room bed and breakfast for 18 years and love to travel and meet new people, learn about other cultures, food, wine and more. I enjoy the outdoors, mostly in the warmer months, and have books about area hiking in the apartment. I hope you feel relaxed and comfortable in this home away from home.
