About this property

The Wesley - Named Top 10 Finalist in Stayz Holiday Home Awards.

An iconic local building, the Wesley is a recently restored church, located in the heart of Echuca. The Wesley is a destination in itself - immaculately renovated, the property is the ideal choice for groups wanting a luxurious and spacious home away from home.

Inside there is the downstairs central living area with huge kitchen and dining, central TV and lounge, as well as a bar. Flowing through to outside, you'll find undercover BBQ and dining, as well as an in ground pool.

There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms downstairs, including the huge master suite.

Upstairs you'll find a cosy second living area (with gas log fire), and two bedrooms with their own bathrooms.

The bedding configuration of this property is:

Master: king with ensuite, TV and split system
Bedroom 2: queen
Bedroom 3: queen with split system & ensuite (upstairs)
Bedroom 4: queen with split system & ensuite (upstairs)
Bedroom 5: two singles with split system.

The standard sleeping is ten guests, 12 guests can be accommodated upon request with two rollaway beds.

There is also a central bathroom with bath, as well as an additional toilet towards the back of the house, with direct access to the pool area.

Before you enquire please note there are some strict booking conditions:

Guests will be required to be pre-screened before booking the property.
The maximum number of guests allowed on the property is 16 at any given time.
There is a strict no party/noise policy in place.
STRICTLY NO PETS are allowed at this property. Guests will be evicted if pets are seen on the property.
A $1000 security deposit is required prior to arrival.
Groups under an average age of 35 are not accepted.
No noise and no party policy. A break of condition will result in guests being evicted immediately with no refund.
The home has exterior CCTV security surveillance - this system will be used if necessary to check on the home.

The Wesley is cleaned and maintained by Echuca Holiday Homes and is presented to the highest standard. We are local and available 24/7 throughout your stay.
We use premium 5 Star hotel sheets and towelling so you won’t need to worry about packing linen or making up beds when you arrive!

You will receive a Digital Welcome Book which has everything you will need to know about the home and Echuca Moama for your stay. Simply click and share it with your group so you can plan your perfect trip!
