This delightful 2 bedroom unit is situated in a sought after waterfront location on beautiful Merimbula Lake. Sunny northerly aspect with excellent lake and town views, only a minute walk to Main Beach and an easy stroll to town centre. Pelican waters unit 6 is well appointed with a spacious living area. Ideal for that relaxing holiday with a lovely communal  BBQ area plus carports.Renovated Kitchen/Bathroom (2015).
Air Conditioner.  Phone.
Queen and 2 Singles.

Booking Fee and associated third-party transaction fees are non – refundable.

You will need to supply Sheets Towels Pillowcases and Tea Towels.

Check in time is strictly 3pm and check out time is strictly 10am.
Keys will not be handed out before check in time unless prior arrangements have been made.  
 
Please note for Christmas/New Year bookings, first preference is given to the current guests. We will take new bookings from mid February.

Nice sunny apartment with lovely water view.

Well equipped, light and bright apartment. Comfy couches, big tv, carpet lovely for bare feet, nice bathroom. Parking was occasionally a bit tricky but we had a large vehicle and street parking was a simple back up. Internet access would be a great addition - especially as we've booked again and love our streaming services! :) Lovely view of the lake. Thanks.

Merimbula stay

We had a lovely time in Merimbula, whale watching, walking on the beach and relaxing in our comfortable apartment. The only complaint was the noise from the many planes that were coming in to land behind our apartment. No one told us we would be staying right under the flight path for the airport which was dangerously close.

Lovely view in quite block

Clean open living unit. Northly aspect so light and sunny. Lovely view of lake opposite. Kitchen is very well equiped for cooking. Highly Recommend this comfortable and clean unit.

Fishpen Rd - The perfect Merimbula address

This is an older style property but is quite up to date inside. The unit was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen is very well-fitted out with everything you'd need for even a longer stay than our three nights.

A comfortable modern apartment overlooking the Fishpen

A very well presented apartment well located between the Long Point jetty (for morning coffee) and the shopping strip and cafes. Excellent facilities.

Lovely outlook over the river

The apartment is in a great location, close to beach, estuary, cafe and playground. The only disappointing part was that one of the bedroom windows was quite dirty with surface mould which we needed to clean. In fairness they have had a lot of rain, but the bedroom did smell musty and did a clean.

Great little unit and great view over lake

Amenities were good had to bring own linen but we knew that. A few planes passed over but in no way did they interfere with the peace and tranquility. A nice unit small tv if that is important to you. We sat on the balcony and drank wine and ate seafood. Walked to beach and fishing charters. Lovely place.

Nice apartment and location

I find it very strange in 2021 that places still expect you to bring your own linen. This was not very clear when I booked online and it was only when we looked for them in the apartment and then rand the agent to be told bring your own linen. I would not book another place that requires this. Not good enough in 2021

Comfortable stay in Merimbula.

A very comfortable and roomy 2 bedroom unit, with lovely views over Merimbula Lake. Main Beach is a stone's throw away and it's a 5 minute walk to town.

Perfect

We had a great time while stay here. The kids loved it and there’s plenty of room to play outside when it wasn’t raining. The property was clean and tidy and had everything we needed and was a great price. Would definitely stay again.
