Deluxe Sun Peaks Townhouse in prime slope side, ski in and out location. Across the street from the Rec Centre, Ice Rink, Park, Tennis/Pickleball courts and short walk to Village and Restaurants. Sleeps 7 with 2 bedrooms/Queen Beds and sofa bed in the living room. Gas Fireplace in living room with 50" TV, stereo, DVD. Dining Room with balcony and BBQ overlooking Mt. Morrisey, Private, secluded Hot Tub (w. Daily Service) backing onto a forested area. Fully Equipped Kitchen, 32" flat screen TV"s in Bedrooms, 2 full Bathrooms. Private Heated Garage (for storage) with ski racks, ski tuning area, boot warming and sitting area. Lots of games, puzzles, books, sleds, etc available. GRACO playard and high chair available upon request.

Parking for 2 vehicles in front of townhouse unit and an additional visitor stall available.

This is the optimum location for ski-in, ski-out stays outside the hotel zone.

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies.
NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Best location for ski in/out in Sun Peaks

Just back from an amazing stay here in Jan 2023. The property was perfect for our family of 5 with a built in bunk bed (not shown in the pics) in one of the queen rooms for the kids. Very warm and comfortable with a good kitchen, tvs, awesome foosball and 'rod hockey' tables, board games and a large hot tub too. The ski storage and washing machine, kitchen and showers etc all work great. The coffee machine is north american style K pod/filter rather than espresso if that's your thing. The location is perfect for ski in and out (just off gentle giant or can get there on the pommel chair that keeps running a bit later in the afternoon than the main chairs) or just an easy 5min walk back from the villiage at night. Paul was an excellent host who was very prompt, friendly and obliging in his communication - our experience was faultless and I hope we get the chance to stay here again.

Perfect location!!!

Feb 2022 Ski Trip - We loved this unit for our family of five! The second bedroom with the built in bunk beds and queen bed was perfect for our 10, 12, and 14 year old. Excellent ski in - ski out as well. Very well equipped condo within a couple minutes walk to the village and outdoor rink. Lovely large hot tub for the end of the day! We enjoyed the games room with Bubble Hockey. We would rent again without hesitation! Thank you Paul for the clear communication.

We loved Sun Peaks - will not be our last visit! This place was in a great location, and had everything you need - and a private hot tub! - which, turns out is a need!

Fantastic

This property was incredible! It checked off all of our boxes, and even the boxes we didn't anticipate. I would definitely recommend this property to others, and I would stay there again next time I'm in the area.

Great Stay, Great Owner

We stayed at Snow Creek over spring break with our two kids and the place and location couldn’t have been better. Truly a ski-in/ski-out location. The beds were very comfortable and the unit was well outfitted for what we needed. I would recommend staying here to anyone looking for great accommodation

Snow Creek Village is the prime location for direct access to the ski runs and once you arrive, a vehicle is not needed during air stay. Across the street from the Rec Centre, Ice Rink, Park, Tennis & Pickleball courts and a short walk to the village from several directions. This complex is ideal for guests that are looking for a fully equipped townhouse as it is just outside the hotel zone.
