Approx 11.8 miles & 15 minute drive to/from South Beach (depending on traffic). 20 minute drive to/from Ft. Lauderdale airport. Directly in the middle of all of the hot spots as far as driving.
There is a lot of lighting in the home. Very open and spacious layout. Perfect space for conversation and relaxation. Great open kitchen for guests to enjoy.
