Cute cottage in a quiet area close to all the action in the York Beach area. ยผ mile to Short Sands Beach and ยพ mile to Long Sands Beach and the scenic Nubble Light House. Restaurants, shops, arcades and entertainment are just a short walk away.
Cottage is nicely decorated and sleeps 4 in two bedrooms. One bedroom has a full size bed and the other has bunk beds. There is also a full futon in the Living Room for an overnight guest or two. Open concept living room and kitchen area. Large outdoor patio area has lots of chairs for hanging out and has a dining table and gas grill. Patio is tucked away in an area with a canopy of trees. There is also a small front deck on the cabin with chairs for enjoying your morning coffee. Sheets and towels can be rented for $40 per room/double occupancy ($20 for just sheets).

Awesome little beach home

It was great for our family to rent this cabin along with the main house on this property. Our 3 generations were able to spread out and enjoy the excellent York location - easy walk to both Long and Short Sands beaches, restaurants, etc.

My family and I stayed at the cottage to enjoy a trip to York with our children (4 and 2). The cottage was very clean and as described in the listing. The location was great, very close to all the beach activities. Would definitely consider staying here again!

Granddaughter Getaway

I took my 3 teenage granddaughters for a short visit to Maine. We stayed at our favorite "little yellow cabin" for 2 nights. It was cozy, clean, and very well-equipped - even having boogie boards and an umbrella for the beach! Though overcast, we enjoyed the waves at the beach, a lobster boat cruise, eating salt water taffy, and lobster at local restaurants. A perfect getaway for me & my grands!

Cozy little hideaway

We wanted an affordable stay in Cape Neddick that gave us a place to sleep and cook. This place is perfect. Only a couple of blocks from the ocean and "downtown", it was exactly what we needed. Very cleaned and well outfitted. It would be a great place for couples or a small family.

The cottage had abundantly everything we needed and was immaculate! The beds were luxurious and the kitchen filled with everything! It was within walking distance to two beaches and the downtown beachside shopping center. Definitely plan to make a return trip!

Fantastic little beach cottage!

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage! It was clean, comfortable, and true to the photos. You canโ€™t beat the location, and we had everything we needed for our stay. It was a short walk to Short Sands and still walkable, but just a slightly longer walk, to Long Sands. If returning to York, we would stay at the cottage again!
