MID CENTURY MODERN OASIS IN DELRAY BEACH

Enjoy this immaculately clean, uncluttered, private cottage in one of Delray Beach's premier neighborhoods. Beautifully furnished, you'll find yourself dreaming about moving here...

Newly renovated by a locally acclaimed architect, the cottage offers the epitome of indoor/outdoor living. Enjoy Delray's tropical weather in either one of two private courtyards with living walls of tropical plants and succulents.

And pure luxe: the outdoor shower. Well behaved dog welcomed at an additional pet fee of $125.

Enjoy the outside garden shower after your morning coffee or pre-sunset cocktail. Private large yard for your enjoyment. Spacious ensuite bedroom with brand new Serta king size mattress, fine cotton linens and your choice of goose down pillows or alternative down for a luxurious night's sleep. Only unscented laundry detergent used to wash bedding and towels.

Lovely bathroom and shower, terrific kitchen with high tech portable induction stovetop to use on quartz countertop. Silent Bosch dishwasher, new appliances including stackable Whirlpool washer and dryer in the bathroom.

Ceiling fans and central air conditioning ensure perfect indoor temperature. Two flat screen tvs (living room TV is 52" Sony Bravia with sound bar and subwoofer). Full cable tv, fantastic wifi, Apple TV, and ALEXA tower provides any music you desire. Stylish retro sofa converts to a flat mattress bed.

This unique property is located in a quiet, upscale, neighborhood. Located within a 15 minute walk to downtown Delray Beach's fabulous restaurants, cafes, bars, galleries, salons. The gorgeous beach of Delray is just a 15 minute bike ride or 2 minutes by car.

Lovely, quiet neighborhood. Great location - easy walk to restaurants on 2nd Ave..and few minute ride to beach and Atlantic Ave. Cottage is nicely decorated and has everything one needs. Large, beautiful yard for dogs. The owner is wonderful and very accommodating. We loved our stay so much, we are planning on returning!

A perfect home away from home

The property was perfect. Sparkling clean, chic and filled with everything one might need. And as a property owner, Daniel can’t be beat! His pre-vacation communication with us was professional and welcoming, and he was a warm and generous host once we arrived. We stayed two weeks and then were so sad to drive away.

Paradise from start to finish

The property is chic—-modern and fresh, with beautiful style. Everything is extremely high quality, from the induction cooktop to the sumptuous bedding. There’s even an outdoor shower, which was a treat. You’ll be on lushly landscaped half acre, with two private terraces, and can walk the neighborhood or to downtown. Danny is a unique host—-his kind and generous nature have created a calm and restful atmosphere. I’ll be back!

A Peaceful & Private Gem

This modern property was everything and more that I needed for my weeklong stay. I enjoyed the fact the house is within walking distance of shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Daniel, the host, has done a wonderful job of equipping the cottage with quiet up to date appliances, smart TV, an outdoor shower and the most comfortable bed I think I have ever slept in. I want to mention also this place was VERY clean & well kept. Beautiful landscaping and plants to enjoy in either courtyard. Daniel communicated clearly and promptly and even stayed up late to greet me upon my arrival. I have no regrets at all about choosing this rental and would stay there again should I need to return to Delray Beach.

Lake Ida cottage

I cannot say enough great things about Daniel or his cottage. Daniel was the most gracious and generous host we could have asked for. He greeted us when we arrived and introduced us to his cottage. The cottage had everything we needed, was very clean and bright. The enclosed area in the back was a great place to relax and sun bathe as was the patio area in the front. The back yard of the cottage is very large. Our dog loved it. There is an unfenced neighborhood dog park and the Lake Ida dog park was just a 5 minute drive away and was fenced and beautiful. Lake Ida is a wonderful neighborhood. Unfortunately due to Covid, we did not venture out to all the wonderful spots on Atlantic Ave.

The property is sleek and very retro . The cottage is situated on large lot with manicured landscaping and ideal for dogs to run and play with its owner .
