Our stay was absolutely fantastic. The property was very clean and well stocked. I would definitely.

The process was very easy and communication with the host was very good. All questions were answered in a timely manner. I would stay again. Also the perfect location to visit Baton Rouge and surrounding areas.

Not what I expected

Slightly deceiving. We thought we were renting a house but learned it was a mobile home. Most of the blinds were broken or missing pieces. No chairs on the deck. The bed in the main bedroom mattress was low and on the floor. The potential is there to be a good property but needs some attention. Also needs to be advertised as a mobile home.

Winter stay

Lindsey and Brad are great hosts! Responded very quickly, and were very accommodating to our needs/requests. Check-in instructions were super detailed and helpful. The property was clean and well stocked. We could not have asked for a better location. Overall a wonderful place; we would stay here again easily!

There was and still is a dead cow at the fence line of the property this is very disgusting.

Aside from the smell of a dead cow the stay was satisfactory.
