A short ride to the heart of Punta Gorda yet close enough to enjoy all
of the activities in the surrounding area, such as jazz feast, Art fairs, farmers markets.
The fishing if one of the best places to catch Snook, Redfish, Mango Snappers just a
few of the fish in local waters . A 2 min ride and you are at Burntstore marina where there are plenty of charters to go out and catch or have a nice dinner at the marina restaurant. Play a round of golf at the Golf course which 2 mins away!

Spring Break

We rented this property for our adult son and his family for Spring Break. We live in the neighborhood next door. It was the perfect solution! A few things went amiss but the manager took care of promptly. I would not hesitate to rent this property again.

Nice home in a quiet neighborhood. Easy drive to Punta Gorda and Cape Coral/Ft. Myers. Great area for walking/biking. Host was very responsive when contacted. Positive experience!!

My wife an I have been maried for 33 yrs, we purchased the property over 30 yrs ago. We then decided to built our winter dream home.
We have one boy who is now 30 yrs who helps assist us with the property. My wife an I live in a small hamlot on East end of Long Island. We also have a large vegable garden and we freeze enough to get us through the Winter.
I'm a captain along with my best friend run local charter fishing out of Orient point NY. This year was great for black sea bass.

Why they chose this property

The landscaping is beautifull and the wild life in the area is fantastic.
Growing up my folks had a winter home on the east coast in hollywood.
My wife an I wanted an area where it was not so busy with traffic we kept coming over to the west coast, first Naples, then Cape Coral, Finally we found Burntstore lakes an fell in love with the neighborhood

What makes this property unique

It is so peacefull to sit out in the early evening an watch all kinds of birds fly in an around the lake and not here cars driving by. The sunsets are breath-taken.
