We arrived and the alarm actually was set so I called the owner and they took care of that immediately without having to come onsite. I appreciated the timely response. After that it was smooth sailing. Great location, super close to stores and our family in Cape Coral. House was clean despite other reviews. Plenty of towels (bath and beach). Also had some pool floatie sand toys as well. My kids loved it and so did we. Thanks for a great stay.

Clean and Convenient

Property was very clean with everything in working order. Checkin was effortless, contact free, and secure with convenient coded deadbolt. Not a complaint but guests will need to go shopping for most everything with a full-service grocery nearby. Many great restaurants within five minutes and location is convenient to thoroughfares.

Golf Trip

Everything was great, The Place is very nice and has a great location for golfing.We stayed at the same place in 2023 and did not have the pool heated.This year we payed for the heated pool and it was too cold to use. only one of us jumped in for a couple of minutes.We were under the impression that the pool would be set at a warm temperature.This was the only down side to the stay.Other than that it was great.

Golf trip stay

The stay was amazing. We thought the place was in great condition and close to a lot of golf courses. There were only a couple of things that could use improving. 1) include heating of the pool in the stay price. The additional $ to heat the pool was a little high for a 5 night stay. 2) include propane for the grill. We had to switch out and pay for a full propane tank to use the grill twice. Other than those two issues the place, location, and stay was awesome.

Loved the area and the house we stayed in. The pool was wonderful! Weird smell walking in. The kitchen and bathrooms are a little outdated and would have liked an actual couch instead of futons. There was no hand soap in the bathrooms or any toiletries besides tissue (every rental home I've stayed in offer these), but the management company brought some hand soap by for us. Only issue we had was the waffle maker and games missing pieces or broken. Every bedroom had a TV and there were plenty of spices and cookware. We would come back again. Great communication!

Great Location, Amenities NOT So Great Communication or Cleaning

Location is superb, close to everything shopping wise. Cleaning is just OK, you can tell the shower curtains, curtains, dusting, etc doesn't get done too often..just surface cleaning of the most used areas. Bathroom counter was a bit dusty, so was the fake plants in them. They do provide just about everything most people would need to get started on their vacation. Now, I messaged ahead of time (couple of days) about what type of coffee maker, early checkin. My checkin request was denied because of people just leaving and cleaning time. I totally understand that. But later, no response to the coffee question, or a parking question, OR a late checkout request; we had to wait 30 min for cleaning to be completed the day of check in. Again, I understand things run behind, but to not respond at all to my questions is just very unprofessional. We had a great time, lounge chairs are rusted and need replacing, and we couldn't use them. Overall a great stay, I just don't feel like my cleaning fee was worth it and better communication would have been nice.

To start with I had some questions about the property so a week before we were scheduled to check in I started calling and emailing. I did not hear from anyone until the day of check in. When we finally got to the property at midnight, we noticed a garden hose running on the Lanai. I sent a message the next morning on what to do about the running hose and never received a response. The house was surface clean but could use a good deep cleaning. We had to buy ant killer as the kitchen had ghost ants and the house had nothing to deal with them. We have stayed at a lot of properties and this is the first one that did not have a foil or baggie s and only 2 garbage bags for an entire week. Had to stand on the beds to operate the light and ceiling fans in bedroom as the switches on the wall didn’t work. Only 2 beach/pool towels for a pool that we found out on our last day by the pool guy that the pump was not working and had not been working for 2 weeks. On a good note the beds and pillows were very very comfortable.

We have a weekly pool maintenance crew and if the pool pump was an issue during your stay we should have been notified. - The hose was supposed to be in the pool to ensure that the water level was ready when you arrived. We ensure all amenities are working before every guest's arrival.- We’re sorry to hear you encountered some issues during your stay. Regarding your light switch concerns, perhaps the previous guest turned off the light/fan from the hanging chain since everything works properly. - We do wish you had reached out during your stay about operating the lights. We would've been happy to help you troubleshoot so that you could enjoy the home.- As is standard in the vacation rental industry, the owner provides a starter amount of essentials, and once that amount is out, it's typical for the guest to purchase more supplies, especially for longer stays or larger groups. While we try to accommodate all our guests' needs, we're sorry the complimentary supplies didn't meet your preferences.- We're sorry that we never heard from you during your stay. We do provide guests with detailed check-in instructions regarding who to contact if they need assistance. - We've confirmed that the pre-stay email was sent to you before your arrival, which included detailed check-in instructions and other important information about the property. - We apologize for the issues you experienced during your stay. Since the home is surrounded by nature, ants can be found in the area and occasionally enter if doors or windows are left open. - We do have ongoing pest control that manages and protects the home from these issues so we wish you had contacted us during your stay. - While we do regret our home was not up to your expectations, we’re happy to share that no issues were reported by our most recent guests. - We truly go above and beyond for our guests and are confident that future guests will have a wonderful stay!

Property was not clean and we were unable to use pool

While this property has potential, it was not cleaned - stained sheets with what appears to be bodily fluids and blood on pillows. The kitchen cabinets had food residue inside of them and several cabinets are broken. There are not "spices" or things you need to prepare a real meal here. There was an empty salt & pepper shaker and that was it. I paid for and arranged in advance to have the pool heated. Upon arrival, the pool was under 65 degrees. Multiple communications to the management company led to no results. 6 day stay and couldn't use the pool unless we wanted to freeze. The floors were also dirty. We had to purchase cleaning materials and clean the house prior to use. Again, this house has potential but you should not be charging what you are for a house that needs new windows (one doesn't even fully close), doors, flooring, trim and bathrooms. The instructions printed in the house don't match with the emails sent. Wi-fi password was wrong. The landscaping needs a lot of work as well. A tree was fallen over in the back and the cinder blocks in the backyard aren't a great look. Again, if you were charging less, these things wouldn't be such a big deal. Look elsewhere for the price - there's better options.

Fantastic stay!

There were only two things would I have like changed about out stay.... 1. The vents on the ceiling need to be cleaned/dusted - there was alot of build up dust on/in them. 2. The were ok towels - alittle on the shabby side, but still very usable, but there was only one towel in the closet that had any resemblance to a beach towel -- so it was weird to bring bath towels out to the pool. Maybe I missed that in the listing that we should have brought out own beach towels. I did order us some on Amazon and had them delivered, which made it perfect to take our personal towels to the beach. Location was excellent! 10-15 from the ocean (be aware that it is not blue ocean - looks like an inlet kind of thing, so the water is yellow/brown -- but still wonderful) and the ocean area we went to had a nice size pier and restaurant. The house location is very close to shopping - any kind of shopping. Pool was so nice! It stayed clean - we had it heated and that was wonderful, we could use it the whole time and it was never too hot or cold. Pool area had a very nice screen around it -- the screen was alittle solid on the bottom, so on windy days the kids could stay in the water and not be bothered by the wind at all. Pool area furniture was ok, it had some dark spots from weathering and zero gravity chair could be replaced -- BUT everything was usable. There were some floaties and pool toys left out that was a nice touch. Property outside was a generous size - there was some construction in the back of the house, but that did not start too early - so it was not a bother. Property inside had an awesome layout - master bedroom was away from the kids, but close enough that if you have younger kids they needed something you would be available. Washer and dryer were a wonderful/fantastic/appreciated addition. Kitchen had enough pots and pans -- and the pantry was such a nice size for additional food items! I loved the leather futons -- they made hanging out to watch a family movie one night very nice. I was reassured they were clean and quite comfortable. Even with the two changes and few minor other things I would totally give this property 5 star, stay here again, AND recommend to friends! Thank you for an enjoyable stay! ;)

Cozy/Relaxing Rental - Girls Trip!

The rental was clean and smelled fresh with the necessary amenities. I woke up to a sunny private pool, each morning. We had the pool heated. Plenty of patio seating to lounge as we enjoyed the day. We enjoyed breakfast by the pool several mornings. This property is in a great location of many restaurants and water gateways with great views. Nice neighborhood and very friendly neighbors. I definitely recommend this property and look forward to our next visit!

Cape Coral Vacation

Clean and comfortable vacation home for our family. We had a great week! The girls loved the pool. Cooked several nights in the property and would have loved more utensils for cooking and storage containers for leftovers. Brought our own towels and bathing towels. Overall, great vacation home with pool to lounge and enjoy vacation!
