- Max of 4 occupants can stay in the unit.
- Children 0-1 year old can stay for free.
- Children 2 yrs. and above are counted on the maximum occupants.
- Pool area is open daily from 6:00 AM to 10 PM only.
- Pool Fee is Php 150.00 / head on regular days.
- Pool Fee is Php 300.00 / head on holidays. - Pool Fees are payable directly to Shore Admin Office.

- Check-in time : 2:00 PM
- Check-out time : 10:00 AM

*IMPORTANT POINTS: 1. You have to inform us via private message here in Homeaway for the full names of the main occupant and companions if any, in advance. Failure to do so, we will consider that there will be no other occupant or guests that will stay in the unit aside from you (lead guest).

2. You have to inform us via private message here in Homeaway if you will have EARLY/LATE checkin or checkout in advance. Failure to do so, applicable fees will apply.
3. It is a compulsory to have a unit cleaning and change of linens for stays with more than 4 days with a 1 (one) time cleaning fee amounting to PHP500.00
