Depois de você aproveitar bastante, você quer vir para acasa e desfrutar da acomodação, e se ela estiver em ótimas condições é muito melhor. 2 - A Acomodação precisa de uns reparos pontuais nos banheiros e quartos. 3 - o wi-fi e o ar condicionado são excelentes. 4 - O serviço do Marinas em relação à limpeza da Acomodação e substituição das toalhas e lençóis, compromete um pouco. 5 - A Anfitriã é muito atenciosa. 6 - Para o locador que tem um perfil mais desprendido, desapegado, descontraído, desinteressado, indiferente e que não esquenta para um pouco mais de conforto, a Acomodação é perfeita!

A Ana é uma anfitriã muito receptiva e solícita. Me emprestou ferro de passar e secador de cabelo como um plus da estadia. A única coisa que tenho a reclamar é o banheiro. A pia estava com entupimento e a torneira vazava constantemente. Também a área de banho merece um box para não molhar o banheiro todo. Mas no geral atende uma família e eu voltaria com certeza.

Atenção no atendimento.

Excelente localização, único porém é que, apesar de ter direito a uma vaga de estacionamento, o mesmo tem quantidade limitada de vagas, então quando chegamos à noite, o estacionamento estava lotado e tivemos que deixar o carro do lado de fora.
