Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, communication
The home was not prepared. Owner said it had been cleaned but there was dog food on the floor and a dog pee mat in the living room. The beds were made but when we pulled back the comforter they were covered in sand. Takeaway boxes in the fridge. Owner checked us in and refused reimbursement. We had to stay elsewhere.
