Open floor plan, gourmet kitchen with granite and stainless steel appliances. Smart TV in Great Room, high speed internet and HDTV Streaming in every bedroom. Enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water. Grill, picnic table and rockers provided. Only steps to the private beach access located between 1101 & 1103 OBW.

Bed Linens provided (Beds in Bedrooms Only) For Weekly Rentals. No Towels Provided.

    Blue Sunset

    The air conditioner was not working and was not repaired until the next day. My son called the rental company and talked to the answering service person and was asked to have the supervisor on call for the rental company to have him call us. The answering service person said she could not get the supervisor and hung up on my son. My son called back and the answering service person told we should not have come to Holden Beach for vacation after a storm. My son went to the rental office the next and they call the A/C company to come and fix the ac. The upstairs bedroom fan did not work and the half bathroom the commode ran constantly and the did come and repair them. The dryer did not work well, it was stated in the description of the house there was a gas grill and there was not and last but not lest the hot water tank went out on Friday night so cold showers. Is that enough information for you?
