Dry Dock is an attractive canal-front home featuring a stunning two-story great room with views overlooking the water. Enjoy private boating access with your own boat ramp directly to the ICW, along with a large floating dock for fishing or relaxing by the water.

The home includes a flat-screen HDTV in both the great room and bunk room, high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi, and expanded cable channels. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, and an extra refrigerator is conveniently located in the laundry room. Relax outdoors on the screened porch or the upper-level deck, both offering comfortable spaces to enjoy the canal views. Convenient, family- and handicap-friendly beach access is located between 915 & 917 OBW.
