This elegant duplex offers an ideal setup for families or groups traveling together, with mirrored North and South units that provide the perfect balance of togetherness and privacy. Each level has its own outside entry, and both kitchens are beautifully appointed with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.

Spacious family rooms open to shaded porches and a sundeck, creating inviting spaces to relax and take in the ocean air. Outdoor amenities include picnic tables, charcoal grills, enclosed outdoor showers, and a private walkway leading directly to Holden Beach’s wide, world-class shoreline. Additional features include LCD TVs in the family room and master bedroom, WiFi, and a washer and dryer located in a finished utility room.

Included Amenities with Weekly Rentals:

Please note that Dune Deck is available as a single combined rental (North and South together) during Prime Season. A $100 discount on the total rental fee is offered when both units are rented together outside of Prime Season.
