There is a construction site on the opposite side of the road to the unit at the end of the street to the apartment, and we just wanted to be transparent to guests. The major excavation works have been completed and the works have started. This may or may not be disturbing to guests hence we want to be transparent and upfront for any booking who wishes to proceed. Please note we cannot refund if there is noise after check-in and we do ask that guests discuss this upfront so it doesn't affect the property's amazing reviews.
