Welcome to the coziest home nestled in 5 Points. This one bed/one bath features a full kitchen and invites you to snuggle up and read a book while you overlook the neighborhood from the large window. If you prefer to be out and about town, meander through the neighborhood streets of 5 Points, while perusing all the unique historical homes, or walk towards the heart of 5 Points to enjoy food, fun and culture. A short 5 minute walk to Foley Field, and under 10 minutes to 5 Points and UGA campus.

One bedroom, one bathroom apartment with full kitchen, and loaded with charm and character. Relax inside in the cozy living room with the new HDTV and comfy sofa, or enjoy the historic homes and UGA campus just down the street.

We own the house, and live in the downstairs unit. Say hello if you feel inclined, otherwise we won't bother you one bit. You can reach us via email or cell phone if necessary.

Wonderful Stay in Five Points!!!

My husband and I traveled to Athens for our daughter-in-law’s graduation from UGA. We’ve been coming to Athens for many years now and I wish I had known of this property earlier! It was clean, comfortable, beautifully appointed, and perfectly located! The owner was extremely easy to work with and communicative. I would absolutely stay here again and highly encourage others to consider it.

We so enjoyed our stay. It is located in a beautiful neighborhood that is just minutes away from UGA’s campus, downtown Athens, restaurants, shops etc… The property is clean, cute, and comfortable. The owners were responsive, attentive to details, and professional. A++

Perfect for a weekend getaway

Well-appointed, clean, and cheerful apartment in a convenient area with easy walking to 5 points. Hosts were very communicative and left some personal touches that made our arrival even more sweet. To note: the dining table is large enough for a work from home setup without spilling over into the rest of the living space, so if you are in the area for work, it has that extra perk. I highly recommend for a solo or couple getaway! (In fact, we are planning on coming back in the spring and hope to stay here again!)

Perfect Stay!

This is a lovely apartment that looks exactly like its photos with one exception- the owners have recently done a really pretty reno of the bathroom. Brian and Ashley were super responsive and checked in with me just enough so that I knew they would address any issues I had. I didn’t have any issues and plan to stay here again!

Great Parent’s Werkend

We came to Athens for parent’s weekend and loved our little place. It was so well decorated and had everything we needed. It was so close to campus and to Milledge where our daughter was. Everything was just as described and the kind note and little Athens magnet were a great touch!

Great weekend in Athens

The house is exactly as pictured and is very close to campus. It is on the opposite side of campus from Broad street so not super walkable to downtown Athens but close to the stadium and to 5 points. Nice set up with helpful visitor tips, fresh white towels etc. only thing they could add is shampoo in the bathroom. Communication and check in was super easy.

My husband and I loved staying at the Five Points Cottage. Cute, clean and very comfortable. Brian and Ashley were great hosts. Everything you might need is provided. We walked to campus and restaurants in the five points area. This is a great neighborhood for walking. Enjoyed the special touches. Would definitely stay again.
