Welcome Tranquil Sun, proudly managed by North American Standards (Nasplaya). Enjoy this luxurious penthouse at a very accessible price, one of the best stay options in Playa del Carmen. You will be able to sunbathe on its loungers while enjoying margaritas on its rooftop, and you will also have access to family areas with a pool in these same condominiums.



Your location is a few blocks from the white sand and turquoise beaches. Just around the corner there is a fruit and vegetable market: DAC, and across the street is the Mega supermarket. In its surroundings there is a wide range of restaurant and store options, for example the bohemian pedestrian Fifth Avenue is just 3 blocks away with more than a mile of options to shop and eat.



From the moment of your reservation, our concierge will be able to help you start planning your trip with activities ranging from diving to scheduling the most spectacular amusement parks of Xcaret group, or the Mayan ruins of Chichen-Itza, Tulum, and Cobá. Among the additional concierge services, we can also stock your refrigerator with supplies before your arrival, dance classes, babysitting service, and many others.

Grounds are very well kept. Private and secure, Neighbors are very friendly. Great location, 10 mins walking to everything you need. Concierge service was always helpful. Definitely coming back.

Beautiful, quite and spacious.

This is a must stay place and the location is in a great neighborhood which is very quite. The roof top patio in this condo is large and is wonderful during the day and night. This condo is close to the Mega Grocery store and a ton of super good places to eat. This was my second time I have stayed at this condo and I have always felt safe. I don't see myself staying anywhere else but here when visiting Playa. Kristi G.

It's the best place to stay!

It's amazing penthouse! Super great location, near super markets, restaurants, beach, everything you need it's a walking distance. The penthouse has everything to make me feel comfortable, really good speed on internet, kitchen very equipped, quiet building, friendly staff, super nice private rooftop perfect for chill after beach. Highly recommend 🙌🏽💕

I rented this apartment for my family that was visiting, they loved it, my 7 year old nephew was not the exception, he enjoyed the pool and we had a blast at the terrace doing bbq! Everything was clean and perfect! I recommend 100%

I walked in and said yes!!

We committed to a whole month, so we were a little nervous as to whether the pictures would match the reality, and in fact, they exceeded it! The condo is perfect, clean and fresh, super comfortable beds, all necessary kitchen utensils, three balconies with different views, and a clean and convenient pool. Everything is in walking distance- a market, Comercial mexicana, walmart for shopping; also, the beach is also nearby. Quiet and relaxing, friendly and focused security guards and responsive concierge. Thanks for everything!!! We hope to return one day! A great stay👍👍

Convenient

The place is great, thanks NAS for a nice vacation. I am a cook and loved having a fresh fruit and veggie market around the corner as well as a large grocery store. There are some great restaurants nearby too to eat it. One is El Fogon and the other Chiltepen.

Awesome rental

Stayed at this unit in November, 2014, totally fell in love with it. Located close to shopping and just a few blocks from the beach. Loved the rooftop patio. Kitchen was well supplied with needed utensils and was very convenient. Enjoyed the pool very much. Looking forward to going back. Would highly recommend this unit.

Wonderful vacation experience.

What a wonderful place to stay. I love this place. The gated community is an added feature that was welcomed. The roof top terrace is such a great place to relax and unwind. The condo is so very comfortable with everything you could want. Convenient to all the places you would want visit. Mega groceries, restaurants, beach, shops, and anything else you could possibly want or need. A great place to spend a lovely vacation. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone that want to stay at a first class place, a home away from home. I'm looking forward to going there again in the future. Thank you.

Great Unit

Loved this condo. Stayed for 6 nights and can not wait to get back. It was easy to get to and travel around. Close to everything. The roof top patio was an added bonus. The gated community made you feel safe.

Amazing condo in the perfect location!

I stayed at this beautiful condo at the end of January for ten days. It was perfect for my needs. The condo has two large bedrooms with A/C and fans, which made it extremely comfortable at night. The kitchen was well equipped which made cooking some meals at home easy. The local grocery store Mega is only one block away as well, which made it super convenient. Be sure to take advantage of the lovely pool on those blue sky days, or use the rooftop patio if you are looking for a little alone time. The rooftop patio sofa is so comfortable!! The beach and 5th avenue were only a few blocks away, and a very nice walk. There are also some nice restaurants within a block from the condo. Places such as El Fogon, Nativo and Don Sirloin. I also work online, so I require steady internet when I travel, and the WIFI was a very strong and reliable. 10 down and 1 up. I highly recommend this condo for your stay in Playa Del Carmen. It will be my go to place to stay for all future visits. Thanks again for being a great host.
