This modern, first floor apartment is in small, friendly, residential complex is situated in the historic and tranquil Majorcan resort of Port de Pollença. It’s only 300 m from the beach and has a quiet communal pool and private garden.
This bright two double bedroom apartment is located in the lively and vibrant area of Gotmar, only 15 minutes stroll from town center. Plenty of bars and restuarants are on your doorstep including a great, friendly cafe directly below. The beach is a 2 minute walk away at the end of the road.
It has an open planned living/dining room which leads out to a private covered terrace with terrace furniture. Great for drinks or outside dining with beautiful view across the mountains.
The apartment has been completely refurbished throughout with an expensive high spec open plan kitchen and breakfast area, plus new beds and modern furniture. In the lounge area, there is a 42” Flat screen internet TV and video.
The apartment comprises of two comfortable bedrooms with large storage areas. The main bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. The lounge also incorporates a double sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances: washing machine, fridge freezer, etc. for your holiday. All linen and bath towels are provided. The whole apartment also has air conditioning.
The complex has two communal pools: a children’s pool and a large adults pool as well as sunbeds, cycle parking and parking for cars right outside.
Directly opposite you have access to the Spa facilities of Fergus Style Pollenca Park Hotel. They have free evening entertainment as well as tennis courts and football facilities. (local charge)
Directly below the apartment is Pro Cycle Hire. It has a great cafe open during the day as well as an amazing range of top end cycles for those wanting to explore this cycling mecca.

Why they chose this property
We have been visiting Puerto de Pollenca for several years and eventually bought the apartment in 2014, after becoming increasingly frustrated with the lack of self-catering accommodation available during the school holidays.
We have renovated the apartment, knocking the kitchen wall down to open up the living space in order to let the light and air flow right through. We have installed a new kitchen, new boiler and new air-conditioning, which has not only improved our energy rating, it has created a much more comfortable environment for your family to enjoy.
Although we are a 15 min walk away from the main square this is far from the sleepy side streets of the port. We are surrounded by cafes, bars and restuarants in the short walk between the apartment and the sea.

What makes this property unique
Recently refurbished. Almost everything is new. In a fantastic spot, A stones throw from the beach. The main square of Puerto Pollenca is a 14 min walk away but there is plenty of bars, restuarants and shops right on our doorstep. Below the apartment is a lively cafe attached to the cycle shop serving drinks and snacks all day till 8pm. 3 Restuarants and a few local friendly bars. So you have a the benefit of going local or hitting the town if you prefer.
