Welcome to the walkout in our newly renovated Cape Cod cottage. Floor to ceiling sliders open to a lakefront yard for swimming, paddle boarding and kayaking. Full new kitchen and luxury bath with separate shower and jacuzzi tub. Gas fireplace adds added charm. Four miles to public beaches with food concession, pavilion and playgrounds. Fairfield with it's two universities is noted for it's vibrant downtown with many restaurants and the Fairfield Theatre Company. Three miles to 70 minute train to N.Y.C. Minimum stay 2 nights on weekends, 1 night weekday
