Carillon beach gulf front house with private walkover -- 2 miles to Rosemary beach and close to Alys & Seaside. Home interior 100% new in December 2016 - 2019! Completely new relocated kitchen with white quartz countertops, new cabinets and Kitchenaid appliances. Completely new pots pans plates glasses etc and we left the old as well for plenty of extras! All new 8" french oak wirebrushed floors on main level and upper level. Complete new paint on interior and 100% new furnishings. Restoration Hardware, Pottery Barn etc. Finished like we wanted our own home to be! ***2 miles to Pier Park -- Coconut Telegraph provides the perfect setting in Carillon with nearly a mile of sugar white uncrowded beach and your own private beach lounges and umbrellas included for in season rentals. Forget the crowds but still be close to everything.

* Gulf Front - step from your deck onto the private walkover to the beach
* 3 neighborhood pools for guests to enjoy.
* 5 bedrooms including an incredible gulf front king master bedroom with its own 250 square foot covered deck as well as an additional main floor master with a shower and tub AND another 160SF deck looking over the front of the house. Please note that there are stairs to climb to reach the main floor. This house does not have an elevator.
* New kitchen with Kitchenaid appliances new cabinets with quartz counter-tops fully stocked with gourmet everything. Yes there is a Keurig here!
* Three Master Bedrooms with brand new king beds (one on each floor). Terrace level master was just completed at beginning of 2020 with spectacular finishes. Top level master has Tempurpedic mattress.

Wouldn’t change a thing!

Coconut Telegraph delivered it all! Gorgeous view, comfy beds, all the things for littles, well stocked kitchen, beautiful decor and perfect layout for my family. We all agreed it was even better than advertised. Would recommend to anyone and stay here again- longer next time!

Great off season stay

The house was super nice. The location right on the beach was spectacular. Off season was nice to miss the crowds. We were lucky to have no rain and some days of sun (still chilly). Love the primary bedroom. Thanks for a fantastic place to stay.

Native to Atlanta I grew up visiting the area from Destin all along 30-A, we have owned property in the area since 1999. I own and manage property in the Atlanta area and have managed our vacation properties from Blue Mountain beach to Carillon with the idea of making them your home away from home. After selling property in Seagrove in 2014-15 we decided to move to the uncrowded beaches of Carillon. There is nothing like it on this coast. I hope you love it as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

Carillon is such a unique neighborhood. Being gated helps you feel secure about younger travelers riding bikes around the area or to one of the three pools. There are tennis courts and basketball courts and even a kids playhouse area. The community offers so many amenities inside a secure environment, we love that. As a bonus the beach area services only Carillons 360 lots, all of which are not currently built on, is nearly a mile long. No chance of even 2 deep chairs here, you have your own spot of beach and it is quiet and peaceful.
