This is a clean, well decorated condo with a pool set among huge live oaks. A great location for anything you would want on your vacation. 1/2 mile to East Beach. Also close to Massengale Park, a beachfront public park on Ocean Boulevard with swings, big shade trees, grills and picnic tables. A great place for kids!
About a mile from The Village with great Shopping and Restaurants.
Unit sleeps 6. King size bed in master bedroom. 2nd bedroom has a queen and a full size bed. 3 TV's and WIFI.

Easy to get to everything on St Simon’s Island

We missed that both bedrooms were upstairs, which was a bit of a challenge… but we managed and were comfortable in this townhouse that is near East Beach and the many restaurants. We drove everywhere and parking was easy and free.

Nice place!

Me and my 3 friends took a girls trip and this was the perfect place for us! The condo was overall pretty clean and it was nice and spacious! We had a great time and would definitely stay again.

College Friends Reunion

Old friends get-together for 4 days. We enjoyed visiting St. Simons Island and Savannah. The Townhouse was like your description except for not mentioning stairs. And We were disappointed that all 3 TVs had no Closed Captions. We all are Deaf Senior Citizens. Need to update the TVs and the remotes. Thank you for allowing us to stay at the townhouse. Pat Ford
