Highly recommend this rental house, which was absolutely great. It was very clean, and had everything you needed and then some. Very close location to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. We will definitely be back.

Our Home Away from Home on St. Simon's!
This was our third stay at Willy's Cozy House. It truly is a comfy home with wonderful amenities and a great fenced yard for our dogs. The house is very clean and Willy is an attentive and responsive owner. The property is great as our "home base" as we enjoy St. Simon's Island and visit family in Brunswick. We look forward to returning!

Great rental experience. All of the personal touches in the cottage are great. Love that bikes are available for your use. We will definitely look at staying again if we come back to St Simons
This property is centrally located on the Southend of the Island. It is in a quit neighborhood that is walking distance to the many shops/restaurants in Redfern Village. It is biking distance (2.5 miles) to the Pier Village area or the main public beach. There are two large grocery stores within a mile.
