CARRON COTTAGE is a comfortable 3 bedroom holiday home that accommodates up to 9 guests, is across the road from the Corny Point general store and is only a short walk to the beach!

Open plan kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. Dining, living area with TV/DVD, reverse cycle air-conditioner, ceiling fan

Main bedroom with ceiling fan, bathroom with shower, w/c, laundry facilities - top loading washing machine and laundry trough

Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - tri-bunk (double on bottom, single on top) bed 3 - 2 bunks

large undercover rear deck with outdoor setting, gas BBQ, fish cleaning facility.

Plenty of room for cars and boats

Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels

no smoking inside

DOG FRIENDLY - outside only - please note this property is not fenced

Corny Point has a small general store for basic goods and takeaways, as well as the Howling Dog Tavern.
Take a drive to the Corny Point Light House and the scenic drive to some of the most beautiful beaches.
It's an easy drive from Corny Point to Marion Bay and then onto Stenhouse Bay and glorious Dhilba Guuranda-Innes National Park.

Great Family house

Was a great holiday house for the whole family, we all were very comfortable and happy. My almost 2year old thoroughly enjoyed all the adventures around the property. Everyone felt comfortable and at home.

Perfect location- 5 min walk to the beach, 2 min to the shop that has hot food, alcohol and every day necessities . 8 min drive to the berry beach. Nice locals House was comfy and tidy- had lots utilities: comfy beds, nice kitchen. Zero complaints. We will be back thank you :)

Second time we have stayed here. Perfect location. Clean, tidy, has everything you need and everything you need to bring is communicated to you. One and only minor issue we had was needing to swap one of the mattresses for the kids as they found it uncomfortable and we also found our bed a bit hard but that could be due to our own preferences too.I wouldn’t let that stop us from staying here again. We will definitely be back! Thankyou for a great place to stay!

We loved Carron Cottage. There was space for us all with open plan living that suits my son who uses a wheelchair. Close to a beach access path and the local store, we barely used our car. Loved our stay

Beach Fun

Close to beach about a two minute walk. Short drive 30ks to Marion bay and Innes National Park. Has everything you need dishwasher aircon washing machine and two great decking areas one at the front and one at the back of the property to enjoy early morning sunrise with coffee and breaky or sunset with a cocktail or glass of wine. Quite location across the road from the general store which has great fish and chips and stocks everything from anchovies to alcohol. The Howling Dog Tavern just up the road serves excellent food and your dog can go with you. Oh! and a short drive to the light house which is still in use, we went to see it at night so as to see the light working. Overall the cottage is in a great position for a nice peaceful dog friendly holiday

Carron cottage

The house is good and spacious. We did not have water on the first day. Care taker came to assist but the water supply only lasted for two hours and water was out thereafter. We asked help from Corny Supplies Store to contact the care taker and they were kind enough to help switch the rain water tank to another that is full.
