This beautiful home is located in an upscale neighborhood only 3 miles from the Oxford Square and Ole Miss Campus! This home features 3 bedrooms & 2 bath downstairs with a large bedroom room & bathroom upstairs. The master bedroom has a king bed, bathroom with double vanity, garden tub & tiled shower. Bedroom 1 has a full bed, bedroom 2 has a futon and room for an air mattress(this room is used as our son’s game room) This home easily sleeps 4 downstairs(6 if you bring an air mattress for game room) and has a king bed upstairs with plenty of room for at least 2 air mattresses to accommodate even more guest. Each room is equipped with TV & WiFi. The den features a 55in. flat screen HDTV while the upstairs features a 39in and 47in. flat screen HDTV. YouTube TV, Netflix and many more apps are available for viewing. The kitchen and living room are open so you never have to miss a play while watching your favorite team. This modern day dollhouse also features granite counter tops, hardwood & stained concrete flooring throughout, ceiling fans in every bedroom and a cozy deck with patio furniture and a charcoal grill.
